Country Oaks is a new Veterinary Clinic established in 2020. We are located in Woodhull, IL. 

We strive to exceed our clients' expectations by treating owners and their pets with respect, honesty, and compassion while treating all animals as if they were our own.


We provide small and large animal services including Farm Calls.  We have a haul in facility for our large animals and a portable cattle chute also available for transport to the farm.

Dr. Youngren grew up in Ocala, FL. She attended the University of Florida, and received a Bachelors in Animal Science. She then graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine on the Island of St. Kitts, before finally completing her clinical year at Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (Virginia Tech.) in 2015. 

Dr. Youngren moved to the Quad Cities following graduation to be closer to family She worked in various mixed animal clinics before starting her own clinic from the ground up in 2020.

Dr. Youngren and her husband Evan have a daughter, Charlotte. They live on a farm with their cattle, dog, cats and a horse.

In her spare time Dr. Youngren enjoys spending time with her family, riding her horse, traveling, and just being outdoors.

Dr. Youngren enjoys all aspects of mixed animal practice, and

looks forward to working with you.  

She is a member of the

American Veterinary Medical Association, Illinois Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Bovine Practitioners and American Association of Equine Practitioners.

Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)

Charla grew up in Galva, IL. She graduated from Black Hawk College's Veterinary Technical Program in May of 2022 and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in November of 2022 after passing her national boards. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her fur babies Remy, Jax, and Willow. Charla joined us in June of 2022. She looks forward to greeting you at the clinic or on a farm call.

Veterinary Technician

Daisy grew up in Woodhull, IL, and graduated from Alwood High school. Daisy pursued various jobs involving animals, before finding her way to the Veterinary Industry.  Daisy resides in Woodhull with her husband John and their 4 cats and 4 dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her dogs. She is pictured here with her Cattle Dog Luna. Daisy joined us in August 2022, and looks forward to greeting you and your pets at the clinic.

Veterinary Technician

Tori joined us in June 2023. She grew up in Orion, IL. She will be graduating this December from WIU with a degree in Ag Science & a Minor in Animal Science. She has a passion for animals large and small. Tori has worked as a Veterinary Technician at a small animal clinic for the past 3 years. In her spare time she enjoys online shopping and hanging out with her family and friends. Tori has a cat named Ruby and a dog Cooper, who is pictured below with her. Tori also enjoys working with the large animals and is BQA (Beef Quality Assurance) certified. She looks forward to greeting you and your pets at the clinic or on a farm call.

Shelly with dog



Shelly grew up in Orion, IL. She began teaching Special Education in Sherrard and then moved on to becoming the elementary school principal in Cambridge.  Shelly resides in Cambridge with her husband Steve and their fur baby Cali. Shelly also has a daughter named Meridith. In her spare time Shelly enjoys volunteering at the school and in her community. She loves to travel and spends lots of time enjoying her family and friends. Shelly joined us part time in April of 2022 and looks forward to greeting you and your pets at the office or greeting you on the phone.




Emily joined the team in October 2022 and we are so happy to have her. Emily grew up in moline and recently moved to Woodhull with her husband and her sweet kitten Echo. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gaming and traveling. Emily looks forward to greeting you and your pets at the office or greeting you on the phone.
